I wanted to advise you of the excellent service our association has received from Florida Fountains. To start, after our turn over from the builder, we had no idea who installed our large fountain. After numerous calls, I came upon Fl Fountains.

I spoke to a very informative Shawn Doane. He looked up and stated they had installed and he had a crew near by that he could send over. Twenty minutes later 3 men were here unloading a boat to check our fountain at no charge. That type of service is UNHEARD of in Naples. Well they came back, explained the whole operation to me. I advised I knew 5 of 8 bulbs were bad but a previous bid was way out of line. I called and spoke to Shawn again and he gave me a price HALF of the other bid and would do the work even though we have a service contract with another company.

Fast forward 30 days later, new lights installed minus 2 that only had a bad connection and the fountain can be seen from the NASA SPACE STATION, I think. Well that’s what I call a trustworthy, loyal and honest company. We will be changing over to FLORIDA FOUNTAIN in a month or two when our contract expires.
